In March of 2014, we brewed our first ever batch of beer on Fay Street. As a countdown to launch we called the beer Ignition Sequence. That beer was a crisp and hoppy pale ale. Subtle, complex, balanced and refreshing.
Nearly ten and a half years, and almost 2000 batches later, we have a newly remodeled space and the addition of a 5 bbl brewhouse. To usher in this new addition, we worked up a revamped version of our inaugural beer as a homage to the past and most importantly, to the future. This is the first of many batches to come from the deepest corners of our brewers’ collective creativity.
