Lewsi Winery
Lewsi Winery is a small mom and pop operation in the heart of Sainte Genevieve, Missouri’s Historic District. We personally make all of our wines. Patty and I (Ken) make our make all of our wine in small batches (55 gallon barrels) to ensure the highest quality. Because of this our wines are definitely unique and very pleasing to most pallets. We invite you to judge for yourself.
Sainte Genevieve is the oldest permanent settlement west of the Mississippi River established in 1735. We are the home of a large artist community. Lewsi Winery is proud to have three artist displaying their work in our shop.
Ken and Patty Lewis are the owners and winemakers. Patty is also very crafty. So we have a craft shop as well.
Yes our last name is Lewis. We don’t know if we are in the lineage of Meriweather Lewis; but it would make a good story!
