Chilo Dam to Cincinnati Ohio

Explore some unique landmarks via a virtual tour of the Ohio River below. The Black River Operation is a lime quarry which juts out onto the river and is near Carntown, Kentucky. The recently decommissioned W.H. Zimmer power station is viewable on the Ohio side of the river near Moscow, Ohio. This route also passes by Mentor and California, KY and New Richmond, OH.

Some exceptional tourist spots along this trail include Coney Island and the Riverbend Music Center. Coney Island is an amusement park which has been a staple of the Cincinnati area for over 130 years. The Riverbend Music Center is a great place to catch a concert during warm weather months.
